FOR THE SOLICITATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Executive Secretary, or his designated representative, for the Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey on Tuesday, January 08, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. prevailing time, in the Carmen Stoppiello Conference Room in the offices of the Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission, 1901 Wayside Road, Tinton Falls, New Jersey and will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following professional services for the year 2013:

Professional Services for the Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission
These proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A.19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are available herein and at the office of the Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission, 1901 Wayside Road, Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
Submission packages may be obtained at the Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission (732) 542-3630 during regular business hours 7:30A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are also available on our website: http://www.visitmonmouth.com/mosquito .
All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.52:32-44 (Business Registration of Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contractor Compliance and Equal Opportunity in Public Contracts)
Submissions by Corporations and/or Partnerships shall include a complete Statement of Ownership Form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2).
The Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission reserves the right to reject any and all submissions due to any defects or waive any informalities and accept submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interests of the Commission. The Commission shall award the contract or reject each submission within thirty (30) days from receipt of same.
